The Civic Acumen Intensive brings together a cohort of no more than five people who want to strengthen how they understand, pursue and win business with government.
Over three one-hour group sessions, we'll work through the realities of SLED business development using the Civic Acumen Navigation Map as a framework. The small cohort allows plenty of discussion, questions and application to the situations participants are actually encountering.
Each participant also receives a 45-minute one-on-one session with Kelly Sekulich to focus on their own priorities, questions or challenges.
